Jim Allen was born and raised in Oregon and has been building homes in and around the Roseburg area since 1973.
He started James C. Allen Construction in 1985, then incorporated as Allen and Allen Construction in 1993.
Jim is active in the Roseburg Home Builders Association, recently serving as president of the local organization.
